Winter Practice Sessions at Total Sports Experience

Professional baseball players will start gathering in Florida and Arizona this week to get ready for the 2025 season, and here in Rochester we're doing the same thing! Of course, thanks to Rochester's weather, our workouts will be indoors. For the second year, SLL will be offering Saturday practices for Minors and Majors baseball players at Total Sports Experience, an indoor practice facility in Gates.

Where: Total Sports Experience - 880 Elmgrove Road, Rochester [map]
When: Every Saturday from February 22 to April 12. Minors: 3:00-4:20 PM. Majors: 4:40-6:00 PM.
Who: Open to all families who intend to register for Southside baseball in the spring. Eastside players are also welcome.
What: Running, Stretching, Fielding, Hitting, Base running, Catching, Pitching
Cost: $50 for all 8 sessions. Registration is available here.
Coaches: Roger Janezic, SLL President, will be coaching the sessions. He is also requesting parent volunteers to help.  Contact him at [email protected] or 585.465.9191 if available and interested.  Background checks are required for all coaches.
