Southside Picture Day this Saturday June 1st at School 12

Families,
Southside Little League picture day is this Saturday June 1st. This email contains important information for this day. Note, this is for baseball players/teams and not Flower City softball. Softball teams will have their pictures done later in June with Eastside LL.

(1) The photo session will be by teams. A schedule is included below. Please check this. This schedule was checked with your coach.
(2) The photo session will be in the Frederick Douglass/School 12 Rec Center. The entrance to the Rec Center is from the School 12 parking lot, where you park for practices and games. The entrance is behind the School 12 building. Southside greatly appreciates the Rec Center staff for making the gym available to us!!! (Thanks Angel and Carmen)
(3) Please have your child ready at the entrance 15 minutes before the scheduled time. This will give your team time to assemble. There will be volunteers helping to arrange the kids at the entrance. The weather is forecast to be sunny.
(4) Please make sure that your child is not wearing cleats. This is an important request from the Rec Center staff.
(5) Please make sure that your child is uniform.
(6) Your child can bring a glove but absolutely NO bats!
